Flock Leaders
Dynamic women who facilitate conversation and use their experience to lead She Flew the Coop (SFTC) murmurations with wisdom, compassion and authenticity. Flock leaders guide starlings to self-exploration and awareness using the SFTC curriculum and programs. They empower women to use their voice and take action towards personal and professional fulfillment.
Murmuration
A term used to describe large groups of women who gather to grow, share stories, dream and hold each other accountable to achieving goals while becoming more self-aware.
Dictionary definition: a murmuration refers to the phenomenon that results when hundreds, sometimes thousands, of starlings fly in swooping, intricately coordinated patterns through the sky. At She Flew the Coop, this is what we call our meetings.
Starling
A starling is a woman who seeks growth and fulfillment through community. A starling is a member or participant of the She Flew the Coop program.
