Here are a few perspectives from three of the graduates of our 8- Week "Uncaged" transformational program.

"Our exercise on the mental coop shame was a huge breakthrough for me. I was holding onto so much from a previous job that was causing so much anxiety in my current life. It was clouding who I am as a person and my future self. After this session I was so much more free. I continue to feel lighter and definitely do not have the anxiety I once did about it. I really understand now how hard I was being on myself and how toxic the shame was on me in pursuing my future goals." - SFTC Uncaged Program Participant.

"I was wrestling with my first real episode of unexplained depression during the first half of the program - perhaps hormonal, definitely life-related but not proportionate to the ordinary stress going on in my life. I worried I was being a Debbie Downer in the group. I believe the group and content played a role in me being able to shift out of my depression. I loved reviewing the curriculum outline as "coops" and "cages" to beware of, and can recall our collaboration and discussion to help avoid them going forward." - SFTC Uncaged participant

"This program is about identifying the unconscious limiting beliefs that shape our behaviours and outlook on life. By addressing these beliefs, I have begun to unlock patterns that have held me back in my personal and professional life. I don't know of one single person that would not benefit tremendously from this guided reflection and self-inquiry." - SFTC Uncaged participant
