Through our monthly meetings, networking events and in-depth workshops, She Flew the Coop creates an environment that leads you to self-discovery and awareness.
We'll challenge you to re-examine your current goals and give you the support to take action towards your dreams.
You'll get to share your story and hear other stories in an intimate setting where you feel seen and heard. We learn and grow together!

1How often does the flock meet?
Our 8-week "Uncaged" program runs virtually and in person at least twice a year. Each cohort is facilitated by two She Flew the Coop Flock Leaders. We also plan other inspiring events throughout the year. Check our instagram page @sheflewthecoop to learn when our next cohort starts.
2Where does the flock meet?
We meet on zoom and at various locations throughout the Charlotte area. We announce events through registration links on social media, the website, email and/or at the previous meeting.
3Where do I direct my question, comment, concern or media inquiry?

4Can I cancel my membership once I pay?
Memberships are non-refundable, but you may transfer your membership to another woman within 30 days of purchase by notifying us through email at sarah@sheflewthecoop.org. Please be as detailed as possible in your email and provide your contact information and the contact information (name, email, phone number) of the person you are transferring the membership too.
